PROGRESSION OR A PROBLEM?
Cars, parts and activities can depend on progression. If something is shown as locked, first check your Racer level, vehicle level and the information shown by the interface.
WHEN TO CONTACT STAFF
If you have a real technical issue, join the official Discord and explain what you were doing, what you expected, and what actually happened.
Help staff: attach a screenshot or video when possible. “It does not work” on its own gives very little information.
